AP Limited Editions Urushi Lacquer Art Fountain Pen – The Magical Urushi Blue
This finish focuses on contrast and depth.
The Magical Urushi Blue is built on a saturated blue-green urushi base, with tones that shift between teal, deep blue, and darker undertones depending on light and angle. Across that base, embedded inclusions—primarily gold, with supporting red, green, and darker elements—are distributed in an irregular, non-repeating pattern.
There’s no fixed structure.
Some sections remain relatively open, allowing the base color to present clearly, while others carry denser groupings of inclusions. The shapes vary from fine flecks to larger fragments, creating visual variation without forming a consistent pattern.

Fitted with a standard AP gold-toned clip.
It remains clean and understated.
